    Rebel House is a “boutique fitness studio”, but it’s more than just a place to move & sweat. I’ve been coming here regularly for almost 2 years and I never want to leave!
    I love the consistency of the class routines (every instructor has their own style within a structure) so I feel comfortable trying new things and not just sticking with what I know. I like the options to have spin, boxing, or yoga. I find that I feel better when I am doing a combination of all 3 classes in a week.
    I’ve made great friends coming here! The locker area is public for swapping out shoes and putting on coats (there is private changing space in the bathrooms if you prefer) so hanging out and yapping after class is just as important to me as getting a good workout!
    I did the one week trial and I’ve been obsessed ever since!

    A friend invited me for my first boxing class at Rebel House on Tuesday night. I have to say, the instructor Bex was awesome! High energy, great mix of endurance cardio and weight lifting. I will definately take her class again and look forward to also trying the yoga class!
